Dad made a t-shirt quilt?!

Dad made a t-shirt quilt?  Well, not exactly.   He designed it.  Well, not exactly.  OK, he didn't even know he was getting a t-shirt quilt.  OK, OK it wasn't even for him.  But he was the inspiration behind it.  This cool t-shirt quilt was the first "baby lovey" (small baby blanket) t-shirt quilt made by T-shirt Quilt Cafe.   This is a story about the dreaded "couples" baby shower that most men hate but this 'Dad to be' embraced.  It's hard to give a cool gift to the father because face it, it's a baby shower!  The expecting father has or had a favorite T-shirt that he loved so much he bought his wife a matching one in her size.  As sweet as she thought that was, she was just never really as excited about the his/her matching T's with the machine gun bullet roll and grenade adorning the front side, sounds cute huh?  So...one very clever Aunt, wise in her old age, stole the much loved T-shirt and sent it to T-Shirt Quilt Cafe.  She had the shirt cut and sewn into a lovey as a gift to Kash(awesome name by the way) via the 'Dad to be' at the "couples" shower.  It was a hit!  He loved it. The other guys loved.  Mom loved it.  We loved it.  Check it out, it has Kash's name embroidered on the back and tied edges for the baby to rub.  It's super soft and cozy and of course matches the baby's room.  Kash isn't here yet but I would like to wish that cool Dad to be a
Happy Fathers Day!
